Our Story
Relatively new to the food truck scene, our owner, Clayton, who has over 25 years of experience in the food industry, has a deep-rooted passion for creating and sharing food that brings people together.
Hailing from the BBQ capital of Texas, Lockhart, Clayton has mastered the art of hospitality through years of honing skills between restaurant management, forte as a butcher and family cookouts. Every bite that comes out of our truck is a reflection of our love for BBQ and our dedication to providing our customers with the best experience possible.
